FAMILY PHOTO ALBUMS | THE BEST GIFT MY MOTHER GAVE ME

One of the best gifts my mother gave to me and my sisters was a perfectly curated library of family photo albums. Photography was her hobby and my mother has a great eye. Not only did she take amazing photographs she spent the time to print, organize, and label albums into volumes.  Now in our adult lives we take them out often and take a trip down memory lane when we are all together. 

I want so badly to give a gift like this to my son, but 15 months into his life I’m starting to realize that it’s not a reality that I am going to create photo albums.  I’m a working mom with no time to scrapbook. However,  I believe I  have something even more amazing to give him, a collection of Little Laughter Films. 

We turned all of our iphone videos into monthly milestone films and we even made a Feature Film out of the first year of his life that he already loves watching.  Here’s the thing, we all take videos and photos. We have these amazing memories recorded and just sitting on our phones. We just need to invest in creating something amazing with them that we can pass on to our children.
